Sleep in Heavenly Peace is holding a bed build on Saturday, January 14th, and is looking for volunteers!
The organization has gotten 51 kids off the floor and is on pace to get to almost 70 kids by the end of the year. But with beds running out, it is time to build more! The bed build on Saturday, January 14th, aims to make 40- 50 beds.
Event Details:
Location: Inside Ashley Furniture Store at 2404 W. Beltline Highway, Madison, WI 53713
Time: 9AM to 1PM: We’ll have 2-2 hour slots to choose from, 9AM-11AM and 11AM-1PM.
Please wear comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting dusty/dirty, & closed-toe shoes.
If you have a mask, please bring it, as it does get dusty.
Age Requirements: We ask that everyone is at least 12 years of age, but we don’t check for IDs.
