Community Action Coalition for South Central Wisconsin, Inc. (CAC) is a nonprofit organization working to address poverty and help people live better lives. We serve many residents in Dane, Jefferson, and Waukesha Counties by providing services and resources.
To align our services with the real needs of our community, we conduct a Community Needs Assessment every three years. We want to hear from all members in our community.
