Arbor Hills Earth Day Cleanup: Sunday April 20th, 10 am - 12 pm

Arbor Hills is one of many neighborhoods across Madison participating in a city-wide cleanup in honor of Earth Day! Head to Arbor Hills Park by 10 am, where we'll meet to distribute trash bags and other supplies. Please bring your own pair of gloves. We'll split into two groups: one will head to the frontage road, the other to Cannonball Trail.

Families with young children should go to the trail to steer clear of traffic. You're welcome to walk or bike. You can also drive your car to the park and drive to the frontage road. Those who pick up along the frontage road can leave full bags of trash in the grass. Those who pick up along the bike path will leave full bags at the end of the path. They'll all be collected by the city. Meet back at the park from 11:30-noon so we can gather a final tally of the total number of bags filled.

There will be subs and chips for lunch, courtesy of the AHNA. Please bring your own water bottle. Please register for the event on the City of Madison's website: Earth Day Registration. Registration is encouraged, but not required (it just helps the City understand participation levels, and you'll get a few helpful reminder emails).
