Pay Member Dues

​This guide will walk you through paying annual membership dues.

  1. Navigate to arborhills.org in the web browser of your choice

  2. Click on the ‘Become a Member’ button in the upper right corner of the home page









     

  3. Decide whether you would like to pay online or with cash/check by clicking the corresponding button.

    • Paying by Cash or Check – follow the instructions shown after clicking the button to pay by this method

    • Paying Online – continue to step 4

  4. Select the amount you would like to donate.

    • The upper row are dues that do not renew annually.

    • The lower row are dues that automatically renew annually.

  5. At Checkout you may supply your existing AHNA website login or complete checkout as a guest by entering your email. Having an AHNA website login will allow you to see your past paid dues and whether or not you have an auto renewal subscription for your dues. If you would like to create a AHNA to track your dues please see these steps.















     

  6. Log in – enter your email and password, click Log in.





























     

  7. You'll be presented with a reCAPTCHA to complete. Select the checkbox next to the reCAPTCHA – jump to step 9 upon logging in
















     

  8. Once you are logged in or have signed up click on the Buy Now button.

  9. Enter your payment details and click Buy Now to complete checkout.

  10. You should receive an email confirmation

Create AHNA accont login

Create an AHNA Account Login

​This guide will walk you through creating an AHNA account login. This is useful for checking the status of your membership dues or updating your subscription preferences if you have previously elected to automatically pay your annual dues.

  1. From the top of any page on the AHNA website click the Member Log In link as shown in the image below






     

  2. Click the Create login here link on the Sign In box that appears






















     

  3. Complete all of the required information and then click Submit



































    Your account is now created and you may use it to view your dues or complete checkout with the account if you have not already done so.

How do I know if I've paid my annual dues?

​The first way to check if you've paid your dues is by logging into your AHNA website account. This will only work for those that have paid online. If you've only paid by cash or check please email us at (info@arborhills.org) and we'll help you determine if your dues are current.

  1. From the top of any page on the AHNA website click the Member Log In link as shown in the image below






     

  2. Sign into your account by entering your credentials and clicking the Log In button






















     

  3. Once signed in you'll click on your username at the top of the page (this is where Member Log In was before signing into the website) and then select My Subscriptions













     

  4. You are taken to your subscriptions. Here you can see your subscriptions (if any) and when your dues were last paid.

Reset My AHNA Login

​The first way to check if you've paid your dues is by logging into your AHNA website account.

  1. From the top of any page on the AHNA website click the Member Log In link as shown in the image below






     

  2. Click the Forgot Password link on the Sign In page






















     

  3. Enter the email that you used to sign up for an AHNA account login and click the Reset Password button. If there is an email that matches, the email will receive a password reset link. Click the link in that email to reset the password at which you will be redirected to select a new password

Adjust or Cancel Auto Renewal Member Dues

​This guide will walk you through adjusting or canceling your membership dues.

  1. From the top of any page on the AHNA website click the Member Log In link as shown in the image below






     

  2. Sign into your account by entering your credentials and clicking the Log In button






















     

  3. Once you're signed in click on your username and then My Account.











     

  4. There you will see all of the details about your subscription and at the bottom of the page you will see the option to cancel your subscription. Click the Cancel Subscription link to cancel your subscription.
























     

  5. You will be prompted to confirm your cancelation. Click Yes, Cancel to cancel the subscription.
